QMS service personnel are fully trained with appropriate certification including; safety passports, management of lifting operations, welding procedures, compressed gases, access platforms, LGV class C+E, knuckle boom (hiab) operation. Full method statements and risk assessments are prepared for every job undertaken and insurance certificates and equipment test certificates are all provided.
QMS manufacture a Gear and Pinion for a Symons 7ft Cone Crusher.

QMS Service Engineers carry out a major refurbishment on a Metso LT125 (C125) crusher, for a leading UK Quarry.
The crusher was stripped in our UK Crusher Repair Centre and all parts were assessed by our experienced QMS Service Engineers for repair or replacement. All replacement parts are produced by QMS at our UK manufacturing facility.

QMS have successfully installed a Modular Crushing Plant in a large, Leicestershire based granite Quarry. The plant was erected and installed by our onsite QMS service engineers.
The QMS Modular Crushing System (MCS) modules are designed to fit and work together interchangeably. The modular design means plants can be configured to process a wide range of materials with capacity up to 750 MTPH. All modules can be transported on standard trailers or shipped in containers. Erected with basic tools in minimal time, the plant includes all walkways, stairs, handrails and guards. The Modular Crushing System (MCS) can be considered truly mobile. Plug and play PLC control allows a fully integrated plant to be created in hours; all our modular crushers and modular screens come pre wired leaving minimal site work.
