Our team of service and installation engineers are high skilled and time served. Their vast experience working with all brands of crushing equipment makes them experts in the field so you can rest assured you and your equipment are in good hands.

We routinely carry out scheduled manganese liner changes for all of the UK’s major quarrying groups and independents in addition to refurbishing head and shaft assemblies, top shells, bowl assemblies and installing replacement main shafts. Our planned part changes help reduce production downtime. We created fully scheduled plans to ensure parts and people are available and all correct health and safety is in place and adhered to.

We also offer emergency breakdown service. We understand breakdowns need to be resolved as quickly as possible to get you back up and running. If a failure occurs, it is likely a symptom of a deeper underlying problem. Our experts will assist you in investigating the issue and pinpoint the root cause.

Our engineers carry out detailed inspections to look for potential hidden failures such as stress cracking, abnormal wear, excessive consumption, excessive vibrations, abnormal temperature and noise.

After the inspection we provide a detailed report highlighting any issues found, the actions needed to be taken and any maintenance recommendations.

QMS service personnel are fully trained with appropriate certification including; MPQC safety passports, management of lifting operations, confined space, hot work, access platforms, LGV class C+E, lorry mounted crane operators.

Full method statements and risk assessments are prepared for every job undertaken. Insurance certificates, equipment test certificates are all provided.
