Feeders

QMS range of feeders are engineered for continuous use under harsh conditions, providing high feeding capacity.

The range includes grizzly feeders, vibrating pan feeders and scalping screens.

Primary Grizzly Feeders:
QMS heavy duty Grizzly Feeders are designed to remove undersized rock and ore, providing a regulated flow of material to primary crushers. They have a fixed or adjustable opening setting to maximise flexibility and productivity.

This type of feeder can be used in quarries, recycling, mining, sand and gravel operations, and a wide range of mineral processing applications.

Vibrating Pan Feeders:
QMS Pan Feeders are designed to continuously feed bulk material to processing and conveying equipment.

The QMS vibrating pan feeder design incorporates precision machined, twin eccentric shafts.  The vibrating drive assembly is connected directly to the pan to assure positive action under the most adverse loading conditions.

Scalping Screens:
QMS Scalping Screens are built to scalp the toughest and most abrasive materials.

The large screening area allows for high volumes of processing, and are available in inclined and horizontal options. The heavy-duty four-bearing design creates an eccentric-type, positive throw action, highly effective in handling heavy loads at maximum capacity
