You must at all times and in all activities work in a safe manner in line with QMS Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

You may also be required to carry out various other tasks at your supervisor’s discretion.

Main duties:

• Loading/unloading deliveries for Fabrication (forklift/manual)
• Stock maintenance
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment / housekeeping
• Operation of shot blasting equipment
• Prepare and clean work areas, tools and equipment
• All aspects of preparing units for painting
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of products.
• Assist all team members with daily tasks, as specified by the Fabrication Manager.

Skills and Experience:

• Competent/certified Forklift truck user, essential criteria
• Previous Shot Blasting experience would be desirable
• Experience of using an overhead Gantry Crane is desirable.
• Highly motivated with good communication skills
• High levels of concentration and attention to detail
• Working well within a team
• Ability to maintain high housekeeping levels
