B-Series XC

The QMS B-Series XC models are specially designed for use in secondary crushing applications. These crushers have very large intake capacity in terms of their size, which is achieved by their very long crushing chamber.

To give optimal operation economy, the long chamber is divided into three sections – upper concave, lower concave and mantle – which can be exchanged at different intervals.

Replacing a conventional secondary cone crusher with a B-Series XC cone crusher will revolutionise the performance of your whole plant. The setting of the primary crusher can be increased resulting in higher capacity, lower operation cost and higher reliability.

The B-Series XC Cones are offered with several standard cavity types:-

MC = Medium             Coarse             C = Coarse                   EC = Extra Coarse

The cones are competitively prices and include lubrication and hydraulic systems, control system with touch screen HMI, drive and guards and support frame within the purchase price. Drive motor and mains electrical starter panels are offered as optional extras.
